If you hate pumpkin, you can spice latte your way right outta here today, because this week it's all about this keto-friendly fruit (yes, fruit!) This week I'm sharing a couple new, and a couple older favorites that I recently updated and reimagined with the strength of ten pumpkin patches!
Pumpkin has about 7 net carbs per cup, so it's not the keto-est ingredient around, but it's certainly not a cupcake. Fall only comes around once a year, so live a little!
