If you're thinking about dinner tonight, you're probably planning a protein, maybe a salad with a lot of oil. That's cool man, I eat that kind of thing a lot. But it's October, folks, and while we won't indulge in some of the more Octobery things, we can have spaghetti squash. Sure it has more carbs than lettuce or broccoli, but if you serve it right and in simple portions, usually as a side vs. the main dish, you'll find it'll be warming your belly all the way to keto town.

I’m really glad I made this version of keto carbonara because this is definitely going to be a repeat side dish from now on. Spaghetti Squash is 5.5 net carbs per cup, which is why each side dish serving is 7g per 1 cup. However, if you serve it next to seasoned steak or chicken thighs, it will be a filling and hearty meal made of high-quality, delicious ingredients.
