VIP Recipe: Keto Smoked Berry Sorbet
Grilling berries until they almost pop on the grill brings out their natural sweetness, and a little char adds depth to this simple keto sorbet recipe.
Hey there VIP! I’ve been nose to the grindstone working on the summer cookbook for you, and I just couldn’t wait to share this recipe I just made. It’s a smoked berry sorbet. I used all kinds of berries, but you could totally just use one or two.
To make it, I used my $20 single-serve Dash ice cream maker (Amazon affiliate link), which I absolutely love. I also used liquid Allulose
(Amazon affiliate link) which I’ve only recently started to use and I love it. It doesn’t raise blood sugar and has 0g net carbs.
Keto ice cream is kind of a pain because you can’t add the things that keep it creamy, which is why I love th
e single-serve ice cream maker because you can make a small amount and it eat it as soon as it’s done (20-30 mins). And the barrel is small, so you can just keep it in your freezer at all times and be ready to make ice cream whenever.
But let’s get to that recipe!
